BOARD OF DIRECTORS

  • Mary C. Miller

    PRESIDENT

    Mary C. Miller has spent most of her career as an educator with experience teaching, writing curriculum, and mentoring in grades pre-school through college. In her most recent role she served in administration as the Director of Federal Program and Professional Development for a small school district in Arizona. She worked closely with teachers and managed federal grants and compliance for the district. Mary C. now retired, is a very active grandmother. She moved to Norwood in 2015 and loves all the friends and neighbors she’s met and the amount of care they have for each other and the community.

  • Tim Kling

    TREASURER

    Tim Kling has worked for United Dairy Farmers in Norwood for the past 14 years, serving as Director of Real Estate & Development, expanding their vast portfolio of stores throughout the Tri-State. Prior to UDF, Tim spent 14 years with Fifth Third Bank, working in a similar role, managing the bank’s growth in six Midwest Affiliate Markets. He’s also been actively involved in the Norwood Chamber of Commerce, recently serving four years as President. Tim grew up in another great Cincinnati neighborhood, North College Hill, and now resides in Liberty Township with his wife and three sons.

  • Vicki Garry

    SECRETARY

    An attorney who recently retired as a Principal Assistant Ohio Attorney General, Vicki and her husband, Tim, have lived on Cameron Avenue for the past 27 years. She is the mother of three adult children and enjoys walking their rescue dog, Buster, throughout Norwood and along Wasson Way.

BOARD MEMBERS

  • Kristen Bertke

    Since moving to Norwood in 2012, Kristen has been involved with the Williams Avenue Community Garden and is an active member of the Norwood Business & Professional Women’s Club. She loves being able to walk with her family to playgrounds, parks and schools, most likely running into a friendly face along the way.

  • Angela Gray-Girton

    Angela Gray-Girton has lived in Norwood since 2012. Angela currently serves as the Director of Eigel Center for Community-Engaged Learning at Xavier University. Together with her husband, Jeff, and daughter, Audrey, she loves getting to know her wonderful Norwood neighbors.

  • Alisha Loch

    A stay-at-home mom to three small girls, Alisha Loch is passionate about contributing to Norwood to make the community everything it can be now and for future generations. She loves community events, parks, porches, and anything that increases the small-town feel of Norwood.

  • David Thompson

    For 15 years, David Thompson has lived in Norwood with his wife and two children. In his professional life, David is the Vice President of Affordable Housing for the Model Group, Inc. a local real estate development company. In his free time, David can be found sitting on his porch, talking with neighbors, enjoying Norwood’s walkability, or coaching youth sports.

STAFF MEMBERS

  • Ron Mosby | EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    One of Ron’s most unique attributes is that he has served at every level of government. Most recently, he served as City Administrator for the City of North College Hill. His public service experience also includes being a chief of staff for three different members of Cincinnati City Council, serving as a board member for the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority, serving as a member of North College Hill City Council, Public Information Officer for the Ohio Department of Transportation and an elections official for the Hamilton County Board of Elections.

    He is currently enrolled in North Kentucky University’s Master of Public Administration program. As part of that program, Ron had the privilege of being able to make a presentation in front of the Norwood Economic Development Committee in 2022.

    Look for Ron around town as he reaches out to get to know more about the city. Not only does he have a ton of experience, but he also has a great personality and a contagious laugh. We are enjoying getting to know him and are sure you will too!

  • Mak Krivka | INTERN

    Mak was born and raised in the Washington DC area and joined us his sophomore year in 2022. He is currently a philosophy politics, and the public major at Xavier University, and looks forward to a career in public service. He has spent the last two years working on political campaigns in the greater Cincinnati area, and worked for Congressman Dave Joyce last summer in DC.
