Community Engagement
Norwood Together wants to give neighbors more chances to get together and more opportunities to get involved. We are committed to improving communication in the community and better connecting residents and community stakeholders with officials and community organizations. We are working toward these goals by:
- Hosting regular programs such as Norwood Get-Togethers that give people a chance to meet neighbors, hear from city officials and organizations, and keep up-to-date on all the events happening in our community.
- Supporting a network of block captains across the city and the development of Ward Community Councils.
- Organizing city-wide events that encourage community pride, such as the Norwood Historic Home Tour, Welcome Week, and Norwood Clean-Up Week.
